A 18 year old female with a genetic predisposition to dense, thick, and coarse hair (all over the body) came to ORIJINE for treatment of folliculitis (as a result of repeated waxing and shaving)
She had tried different hair removal techniques like shaving and waxing. Repeated waxing ( 2 times a month ) had resulted in hair follicle infection which was extremely itchy in nature and which also led to pigmentation (on both her legs).
The pigmentation had reduced her self confidence.
We, at ORIJINE started her on Laser Hair Reduction using two different technologies and pigmentation treatments comprising of oral antibiotics, topical cream applications, chemical peels, lasers.
Within 2 sessions, massive improvement in reduction of hair growth ( along with the hair becoming finer ) was achieved. Also, there was no new evidence of folliculitis.
