Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, also known as “vampire facelift” is a non-surgical facelift for rejuvenating the skin. This treatment uses the patient’s blood to address skin defects, triggering the production of new cells and collagen formation, resulting in tauter, smoother and better-toned skin around the face, neck, décolleté, hands, nasolabial folds, fine lines, under the eyes. It also works well for acne and superficial scars and stretch marks. Since it’s the patient’s blood there is no risk of rejection, infection, or allergic reaction.

How does it work?
Platelets have essential growth factors in them which are utilized in this procedure to impart radiance to the skin. A very small amount of the patient’s whole blood is taken and is subjected to a centrifugation process to achieve this concentrate of growth factors & essential proteins. This concentrate is then harvested and activated so that the platelets can release their growth factors, which are injected into the facial skin, which then nourishes it
