Dermal Fillers
( Soft Tissue Fillers )
Dermal fillers are gel like substances that are injected under the skin to restore lost volume, smoothen lines and soften creases and enhance facial contours. Soft tissue fillers are one of the most popular and cost effective non-surgical aesthetic treatments available today, with no downtime. These are used for forehead contouring, cheek augmentation, correcting under eye hollowness, non-surgical nose reshaping, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles such as smoker’s line and nasolabial folds, plumping and volumising lips and rejuvenating back of the hands, neck or décolletage.
What are the Benefits
Dermal fillers boost the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, revitalizing and adding volume to the skin, thus diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
How does it work?
Most Dermal Fillers are preloaded with an anaesthetic agent, however local anaesthesia in the form of a cream maybe applied to the area to be treated for further comfort. Injection sites are massaged to promote even integration of the product into the tissues.
Depending on the area being treated we may use a needle or a cannula to place the product under the skin
The treatment usually takes less than 30 minutes to complete.
